Our Ruling Class insists that their "end" is an "Open Society" in which government is fair, responsive, honest, and respectful of human and civil rights.

Yet, in their "means" to get there, government is undeniable *NONE* of those things.

Once again. Ayn Rand was correct: their "end" is ability to wield their "means" unquestioned, unchallenged, and unchecked.

"Open Society", what a damned joke.

    Good observations. It's what makes a typical liberal communist: hypocrisy ~ claim "transparency" yet conduct meetings behind closed doors. Vehemently come out against the 2nd Amendment, only to find out the SOB's invested into the very companies they seek to destroy before the runs on ammo and guns.

    Open Society? Nope, I think they mean closed individual. Everything with them is opposite.

    It is a double entendre...open with one meaning, but the other meaning open to do whatever the hell they want.
