    It's always bothered me that 'probable cause' isn't even necessary to institute a dog sniff, much less that a dog handled by a cop is 'probable cause'.

    More reason to end the drug 'war' that has not only failed its mission but it has (a) expanded to destroy the rights of the sovereign people guaranteed in the Bill of Rights, and (b) caused significant loss of life by creating financial incentives for drug gangs, just as alcohol Prohibition did early in the 20th century.
