    Gee, let's see, if you knew that your local grocery received let's say 30% of its revenue from EBT would that influence your choice of store?
    Also, think about it, with ever increasing "free" money, what are the grocery stores going to do with prices? What always happens when there is more money - raise prices. So the poor stay poor and the rest of us face inflation.
