Public school students’ lawsuit challenges tenure, seeks to ban bad educators
This is only a local suit in California, but if successful, it could spread across the nation. Think of it, bad teachers removed for cause and golly gee, weaker pubic servant contracting at least as far as school goes. I would love to see it here (New Jersey).
