: Groundhog Day



In this New Year, 2014, both Groundhog Day and the State of the Union address will occur on the same day.

This is an ironic juxtaposition of events. One involves a meaningless ritual in which we look to an insignificant creature of little intelligence for prognostication.


The other involves a groundhog.

    One's a scum-sucking bottom dweller, and the other's - a fish.

    Good one. Although it is factually incorrect. The State of the Union is on January 28.

    Its good to have honest feedback. Most look all right to me. The Galt speech has to work for the movie to do well in my opinion.

    I was pleasantly surprised to see so much criticism for the new cast. I *really* expected a love-fest for the new cast.
