Why do we or do not have it?

Call it moral or not, but I am obligated to the previous stated individuals. Notice I didn't mention my siblings or best friends etc. For those that I have created and for those who have created me (and my spouse too, just cuz I wanna) are all worthy and deserving of my obligatory feelings. So there. (And that doesn't mean I don't agree with and can still live by 'the oath").

NO SUCH THING, as a moral obligation -- there is a Requirement, To Exist As MAN .

I have a moral obligation to myself, my spouse, my kids, and my parents because they are part of myself. Anybody else I am not morally or otherwise obligated to. This doesn't mean there aren't plenty of others that I care about, I'm just not obligated to them and they are not obligated to me.
