I have thought for while now that the sentence for someone who violates others' rights should be removal of their rights. The judges would establish what rights would be vacated- then anyone or everyone could take revenge, restitution, or whatever without fear of government reprisals. So if you kill someone, you lose your right to be protected from people killing you. I think it would be a lot fairer than imprisoning someone (and we all have to pay for it).

Hmmm. Does this "judge" have a FB page? An email address, etc.? A deluge of comments and emails might change his attitude. Wait, no, that wouldn't work. Can't get past his "God" complex and over inflated ego.

Part of the reason the Left is winning is that our side isn't willing to use their own methods against them. We need to start, and this is one of them.

Wow! When the judge was talking about D'Souza and his "psychological" state of mind, it sounded like he was talking about most politicians in D.C.
I think this judge needs a little of his own medicine.

Are we really that far from re-education camps if we do not agree with the leftest ruling class? Democrats get away with absolutely anything.

How very Orwellian! This brings the Stalinist "Reeducation Centers" to mind. Dsouza is obviously guilty of thought crime and he must be "cured" before he is liquidated.

    Haha...this may hasten that.

A buddy and I, while watching our kids play at the park last night, were talking about this story. This kind of thing would be big news if a majority of Americans could still think for themselves.

Yes, reminds one of a subtle version the alleged actions of soviet Russia in the 50s.
It's no coincidence that the campaign finance rules are designed to suppress grass roots access and suppress third party candidates while promoting corporate bribery of candidates and 'public servants.'

Sociology? That's what people major in when they can't pass real college level material. Right under Education a a major. The next level up is Poly scie and I have no excuses. I chose it because it wasn't that difficult and allowed me to retain my self respect.

How about ditching the Electoral College and replacing it with None of the Above
Ditching the winner take all rule which is a due process violation as it changes the intent of votes.

Some of these might strike a resonant chord and cause some additional discussion threads??
