Small government and free-market capitalism are about to get put to the test in Honduras, where the government has agreed to let an investment group build an experimental city with no taxes on income, capital gains or sales.

    I have been saying for a while now that if Obama gets a second term, then expatriation is a valid option.
    Time to brush up on the Spanish.

    Also, keep in mind that their government recently aborted a coup by Zelaya. I'm sure that they've had quite enough of Marxist antics.
