My opinion: tough beans, Government. You're already violating our rights by monitoring all our emails without warrants. You want the emails? You get a warrant and access the account properly via username and password. Same thing with files, etc. You are acting as if you have a right to that data. You don't. Even a warrant is not carte blanche.
