I have heard some comments that these exercises may have been planned to draw out and identify anybody who might be a problem later. If so - mission accomplished.

  I believe this exercise is planned to measure responses and reactions in many levels, in many ways. It's a nasty multi-dimensional operation.
  The worst thing to happen IMO would be for the whole thing to go down without a whimper of questioning, interest, or pushback from anyone. But I do agree what you heard is one part of the plan. Not just from the civilians!

Interesting. I love it when citizens get involved. Curious to see what goes on. I wonder if any plans will change now that the "people" are paying attention?
