It is sad, and very apparent we are somewhere in the last 1/3 of AS, when the Government colludes to charge people for exercising their Constitutional rights. The fact no one is ever charged for this garbage is pretty compelling evidence that Ayn Rand was a prophet of doom regarding our sick social system.
