Obama Tyranny, True or False?

A friend and I were discussing our current President yesterday and he is of the mindset that there will be no 2016 presidential election. He believes that "Obutthead", he has affectionately termed, will completely overthrow our government, take this country and become its dictator, openly. I disagreed stating that he is just a puppet for the money, running it as they wish, and they would replace him with another puppet after his term. But I did mention that if he did I wouldn't be surprised either. Any thoughts?

    there were people who thought that slickwilly would try the same thing.
    he will go by the wayside be remembered as he was the worst one we have ever had but because of all the moneys he has accumulated will be content playing golf. and he will not be on the speaking roles except maybe in kenya.

    Actually I think I hold conspiracy theorists in even lower regard than BO in terms of intelligence.

    Sorry but non-falsifiable logic isn't logic at all. And the haughty air of insight and intellect they exude, while in-fact being notably deficient, really puts me off.

    Obama would want that, but he cant have it. Even our military with the NSA behind it could overpower all the guns in the hands of the citizens. I wouldnt want to be a soldier walking down the street if they were supporting a dictatorship overthrow. We would have a REAL revolution if they tried that, and it would be the citizens against the government forces. THIS is the real reason for the second amendment- to protect US against our government.

    If that was ever this President's plan, I think South Carolina's reaction to the Charleston church shootings put the damper on it. By showing forgiveness, tolerance, and repulsion toward the racist aims of the shooter, all involved made it clear that a race war would be hard to start. Any other excuse would require obvious government heavy-handed instigation, so the chance of widespread martial law and canceling elections is very unlikely.

    I think it is distinct posability, but I would not place any bets on it. His mission to destroy the constitution is nearly complete. What ever is left the PTB's will have Hillary finish. the sad thing is that SCOTUS is cooperating.

    I think the bottom line is they have to maintain the facade that our vote still counts, and if they keep dumbing our children down, perhaps future generations will believe it.

    I'll not vote for such set-up privileged royalty. I will vote out of my personal sense of duty but I do have the option of voting for a third party or even Donald Duck. I can also vote for Hiss (excuse that actual typo dino eruption) His Excellency Me.

    I agree with you....he is a puppet. Even if he wasn't, we are not quite far enough down the path yet for a guy like him to take over. He is also incredibly incompetent.....look how many Democrats lost seats in the last 2 elections! [lets not eve talk about the disasters on the international scene.] They...the Democrats.. cant possibly want any more of him.

    All it will take is one Nuke in the middle east and you will not see an election.

    Syria has them and if you think ISIS does not have that prize in view, think again. Iran is working on it and probably already has one.

    Obama keeps pushing this world toward WWIII, and we are very close to this huge powder keg going up on all our faces.

    If it does not happen this cycle, I will breathe a sigh of relief, but I am also prepared personally for that eventuality.

    I think that BHO would become the USA dictator if he could. I think he sees himself as another Chavez. He's not quite there yet, so I don't think it will happen in '16. That is, however, the ultimate aim of the lefties because they see it as the only was to accomplish their goals. They'll call it a "benevolent" dictatorship at first, but I suspect it will become less and less benevolent as time passes.

    I am convinced we are headed for the same situation in 1-3 year's time. I admit I'm not quite ready for it but working damn hard to get there.

    Yes but Obama has a whole new playing field and Bush was a left winger. Sure they said it but has anyone here to fore been in a practiced position to simply refuse to abdicate? I believe the Wicked Witch of the West and her help meet Jeb are counting the crown jewels before the carats are ripe for the plucking. (LMAO as the winner of the 45 Olympics Mixed Metaphor Event.     I don't think that's his plan. Not that he wouldn't like to be crowned president for life, but he's smart enough to realize that we've jumped out of the plane and left the parachute at home. It's a race to the finish for his ego...he doesn't want people pointing at him saying that he did it...he wants to be the elder statesman who says, "This never would have happened on MY watch!" When the wheels finally leave the tracks.
