"Living Man Protected by Natural Law" Jailed in Bozeman

This incident evolved out of citing an individual for fishing without a Montana state fishing license and illustrates how legal force is brought to bear on those who claim laws don't apply to them. Regardless of the ethical propriety and/or legitimacy of Tertelgte's claims, the public and media shouldn't be banned from cases where there is a clear implication of governmental prerogatives vs. individual rights.
