    Now that's just dumb. I believe a certain amount of rational, minamalist regulation is needed for actual businesses, but not for this.

    Maybe if the task of health and safety regulation was preformed by a union instead of the government, that might solve the problem...

    Sounds like this girl would have some unfair advantage over those who are way over regulated.

    Their new slogan could be,
    “Equality and fairness, one individual at a time.”

    Do any of the towns and cities doing this realize just how dumb they appear to the rational people in the world. The girl did not have all the permits etc for having a business of making deserts. She was making money, donating to charities. In short being a good citizen and productive member of society. So by all means shut her down. discourage a young lady with real talent both in the kitchen and in small business.
    Looters and Moochers arise, your being made to look bad by an 11 year old.
