Anything. I've never done anything like this but I'm very interested. Before I jump I thought I'd get some input from others. I've wanted to take a Constitution class of some kind, but cramming that into my life doesn't seem likely so this sounded like a doable option...during the Summer. :)

Are you talking about how it works or the material?

I've heard them advertised on the radio talk show, but haven't attended... great post LS... would also like to know :)
