Riiight, the information that was given to these enviro terrorists won't ever be used to maliciously do damage to these fams/farmers...... It smacks of the publication of names and addresses of LEGAL OWNERS of firearms. These people have a serious disconnect between what is public information, to someone looking into, say one farm, and the mass release of information to groups that clearly wish to use it for nefarious purposes. The whole thing is deplorable, and shows just how the govt agencies abuse their supposed power. They are in existence because of our taxes. I wish to withhold mine from being used to in this manner, and by these bloated agencies.

Despicable... the EPA should be eliminated along with the DOE. I don't mind if the Feds set certain standards for things like Nuclear power plants that could effect vast areas beyond state lines but states and municipalities should be in charge of enforcement of environmental protection.

So, we now arrive at the point we knew, all to well, was inevitable.

The Freedom of Information Act, intended to provide the citizenry with information previously withheld in a sort of protective political custody, now is used by a government agency, in this case the EPA, to further the Administrations political agenda through both direct and implied intimidation and coercion.

That this behavior could have passed muster with EPA senior management and Administration watchdogs, is indicative of what happens when we violate the concept of limited and lawful government and tolerate governmental misuse of personal data for political advantage.

The EPA needs a good managerial house cleaning and a new mandate about who they work for - the People, and perhaps, a lesson about what the US Constitution has to say about the fundamental preeminence of the individual in our republic, and the respect that individual is due.
