Atlas Summit 2014: 3 "Gulchers Are Speakers!

I am proud to report that our very own:
dbhalling, wdonway, and vinay are presenting at the Atlas Summit Program 2014 this June 19-22nd in New Hampshire.

Walter Donway, author of The Price of Hannah Blake, Lailly Worm, O Human Child, How Glad I Am For Man Tonight, among other excellent novels and poetry and former founding member of Atlas Society is is presenting "The Grace To Accept What We Cannot Change: The Implications Of Inherent Differences In Temperament."

Dale Halling, patent attorney, inventor, physicist and co-author of the techno thriller Pendulum of Justice is presenting "Why John Galt Is An Inventor."

Vinay Kolhatkar, financial professional and author of "The Frankenstein Candidate" is presenting "The Search For Romanticism In Hollywood."

    Bad phrasing. We agreed that TAS can broadcast the talk on their site afterward, that's all.

    All presentations from 2013 are available on the TAS Atlas Summit site. I have signed away the 2014 rights, and I expect the others have. Unless a speaker specifically requests that he/she is not online afterward (fearing Stasi-style retribution like the Argentinian economist threatened with jail because he put real inflation numbers out there), I presume all talks will be available.

    Oh no, I forgot to call you khalling. Oops, that secret identity reveal issue---I must remember. Planning to play out a few movie scenes for a couple of minutes---I have never tried it before.

    You must turn up, Kaila. As per the rules, you have free admission to at least three talks (Walter & I included)--any speaker can allocate some free spots to their talks.

    I have laser like focus on the premiere. Maybe next year for the Atlas Summit, assuming there is a next year to have the summit in.

    both donway's books and vinay's story have a romantic feel to them. by romantic I mean the heroic tradition.
    donway's Hannah Blake is erotica, Lailly worm is mystery/thriller. Donway is a truly gifted writer. His prose is luscious.
    vinay's Frankenstein is a political thriller(it's about the US political system,vinay lives in Australia) and is idea-driven action. and our book-well I've plastered all about in here so you get the picture. ;)

    Congrats to all. Particularly looking forward to Halling's piece, and I desperately search (ravenously) for anything that even reeks of Romantic characters...even if it's just for one scene.

    I'm tickled to see Gulchers involved in this in NH with all the Free Staters. I don't live close, but am sorely tempted to try to go.
