From what I can find Nat Hentoff is a fierce defender of the first amendment. I don't know if he is a liberal icon but heariing calls of impeachment from him makes me wonder if the left will start to turn on Obama.

Has he been moving too fast? If the answer is yes, then he should be tired. If not, then he should be tried. And found wanting. 'The moving finger writes, and having writ, moves on' sort of stuff. Mene, mene, tekel upharsin.

Sorry, people are that stupid. Hell, even after her gross incompetence got people killed they still adore the Clintons.

Great point AJ.. Will the public ever really turn against him? If his poll numbers hit the low 30's things may change.

impeachment worked so well on Clinton? No, for his deliberate and willful defiance to his sworn oath of office O should be tired for treason.

We had controls, it was called the separation of powers : 3 separate but equal branches of government. O is part of the problem, the bigger issue is the DNC and its collusion between the branches when they were foolishly given power. When the branches act in unison you no longer have representative government, you have a dictatorship.

He is the current problem. His blatant attempt to bypass congress has to be stopped. Impeachment would send a powerful message to the office, not just the man currently occupying it.

Doing okay. Hit a bit of a slump but I think I'm going to hit a resurgence . Getting my skills back by getting Robbie53024 wound up. Apparently never ran into my forte before.

You are right. I remember how it was the Republicans turning on Nixon that caused Watergate to get out of hand. I guess the Democrats won't let that happen.

Yes. From what I have read he does that a lot. He is like a spoiled 10th grader. How are things with you John? I haven't talked to you in a while.

no-because they are the party of "justice." the ends justify the means-it's their religion. they often openly admit this.

Don't think most of them are smart enough to realize their heads are on the chopping block also. Read "Come Nineveh, Come Tyre" by Allen Drury.

BTW, did you happen to notice finger position in the photo accompanying the article?

Rand, Cruz and King. Of the three, Cruz would probably eat him alive on Constitutional issues. Cruz is Harvard educated, also. Probably a whole lot smarter since he actually got there on ability.

I don't expect it though. The opposing party is not doing anything to stop him, so I doubt his own will. I think Rand wants a street fight with him, but most the others seem to lack the courage of their convictions.

Democrats turned on FDR when he tried to mess with the Supreme Court. I hope some Democrats stand up this time. It will be fun to watch.
