SCOTUS hearing case on testing for genes indicative of high probability of breast cancer. SCOTUS is so PATENTLY ignorant of the science in this case that it is making analogies to chocolate chip cookies and baseball bats and baking.
This is is outrageous that Supreme Court justices with so little knowledge can decide an issue of property rights worth billions and the future of genetic research. The Supreme Court is too incompetent to rule on patent law.
