Confiscation has happened before. Just like gun registration they need to know who has what before they can confiscate.

So... if you aren't legally allowed to pay for gold with cash, how are you then supposed to purchase it? Or is that the point, keeping it limited to things like credit/debit cards to track sales? Either way, this is incredibly unjust and should not pass.
