A single tax rate for everyone. It's not quite as good as a total elimination of the individual income tax, but it is a whole lot simpler and lower than what we have right now.

I just can't get behind Rubio's idea. I oppose tax brackets because they treat different people differently. I oppose the idea that successful people should be punished just for being successful.
