    How do they know this? Is there a 'race' box to check on the discipline form that get's tallied up?
    How about we stop worrying about no tolerance rules, and who's getting disciplined most often and shut down public schools and get the government the hell out of educating our kids!? Parents really need to wake up and realize their kids are THEIR responsibility....and education should be included in that responsibility. And for Gods' sake why on earth would they WANT the government to have any part of molding their kids' minds, or disciplining them or anything else??

      I was taking courses toward a Biology Secondary Education Degree. I would like to know how they found out about Eric Holders statement. But I have heard the theory in and Education Psychology course. The theory is the kids that misbehave may actually come from a home where the child is neglected or abused and that continuing punishment rather than finding out what is happening can do more harm than good and also putting kids in jail if you catch them on a minor issue is also destroying the child's life. I don't agree with that theory. Alot of time nobody is teaching kids what is expected at home, so the education system insists teaching them won't work if it is not backed up at home. Plus they are trying to keep lawsuits down or are they? Why can't any white parents sue if their kids are discriminated against at school? Or are they trying to drum up business for lawyers?

    The DOJ needs to be working on more important concerns like why the IRS is targeting certain groups or holding individuals accountable for the Benghazi disaster or dialing back NSA spying on its citizens or who was leaking sensitive Intel that put navy seals in harm's way...the list is long

    Teaching kids that there are no, or light penalties for misbehavior is a direct threat to the future of their lives. Extreme: It's ok...jump off that cliff...you can't be hurt!
