HR9 is a stupid bill! I read the whole thing and this is how I summarize it: An inventor creates a better mouse trap but the company/individual who has the original mouse trap in the market is able to sue the inventor of the better mouse trap for compensatory damages. The Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property (right out of Atlas Shrugged) will take the side of the lousey mouse trap maker. The better mouse trap maker must pay for the damages and loose everyting. That means no innovation, no new technology and the country stays at status quo.
As I mentioned before that many of these inventors shown on You Tube will never get anywhere thats why they are spreading their ideas on the internet in hopes of creating an underground economy. This why a Revolution/Civil War is necessary to sweep the govt away because a new President is not going to cut it. If HRC gets elected America will cease to exist.

Interesting way of putting it because that is exactly what happens. Quantum Physics has a quite lengthy way of describing what happens when one 'Asks' [into the ether]. The whole process can simply be called, 'Ask and Receive'.

Another kind of inventor, is told by other men that it can't be done and his answer is...why not? To him, the universe does not accept the word "can't." If his way is blocked he will go over, under, around, or through. He will not be stopped, either by other men or by an equation.

They also in the end ask themselves "why not" and then get to work.

Many inventors constantly ask themselves, can't someone come up with something to make this job easier? Laziness helps.

I think that this is a semantic argument. When I ask, "Why did this person get cancer?" I am not asking, "Why did the Cosmos allow this person to get cancer?" I am asking, "What was the element that triggered the growth of cancer in this person: Was it radiation? Exposure to benzene? A statistical error in cell replication?"

As you can see, those questions can be posed as "Why?", "How?" or even "What?" The real important thing is not the interrogative pronoun, it is the "?".

Startups create all net new jobs in the US. Fortune 500s want this bill. the troll argument is a canard developed by lobbyists to protect big business so they can continue to steal IP.
