Well, if I had to show up and pretend to be a public servant every day, I know I would need to have some chemical assistance.
Does California drug test their elected officials?

  I would imagine that only drug testing would be to make sure they have enough. They apparently need to keep enough in their blood streams to keep their legislative agenda looking like a good idea. And that my friend would require a LOT of drugs!
