This guy is a personal friend of mine. He's also the head of the Republic Party in my county which happens to be the same area that Speaker Boehner is from. Needless to say, I am proud of him and the woman mentioned in the article, also a friend of mine. People are getting it, even though they do pay for it. I am surpised that the paper covered this news.

Dave is coming around. I'm sure it makes Boehner mad, but so what!

    No sidewalks when I was a kid either. We had to walk down those dangerous, concreteless paths about 2 miles from the school buss to home. When we weren't in school we rode our horses down those same paths, and horror of horrors...we didn't even wear helmets, and usually didn't even bother with a saddle. I'm stunned that we survived.

    In the town up the road from where I now live they keep taking $$ from the Orton Family Trust. All Agenda 21 stuff. Really. Just how many bike paths are needed people? Many more useless wastes of money are in the works.

    My God, we walked on the dirt shoulders next to roads when I was a kid. Our town didn't have the money to put in sidewalks, so they didn't... and (--gasp!!!--) no children were harmed.
    The "children" theme is a common one used by looters to guilt people into getting the looter's way. Look at Sandy Hook. Those dead children, rest their souls, are being prostituted and sold by the looting party to get their political agenda passed - on the dead kids backs.

    I like that guy, and were he out here, he'd have my vote. He earned it.
