I don't know if they still do it, but at one time the IRS had something called "education officers". They dressed in black uniforms as I understand it, and were openly armed. The comparisons there are obvious. (I think George HW Bush did away with that when he was trying to make it a "kinder and gentler" agency.)

To take the words literally, Olooter is saying that he and all the other people who are getting payments for producing nothing should voluntarily give most of it back, Looters are the 'lottery winners.' Public 'service' wasn't intended to enrich the servants at the expense of the people who work and produce. I propose a 95% tax on all payments made to public servants (100% above $1 mill) with the proceeds to be used in building a wall along the southern border from the pacific to the gulf of mexico, and to deport all illegal immigrants and their children to the countries of their birth.

Make no mistake...words matter. For example, prior to the Clinton presidency, there wasn't any notion in the civilian world (or military, for that matter) of an "assault rifle". There certainly is now, with all of the horrific and negative connotations that expression can muster. Essentially, it's nothing more in it's origin that a semi automatic rifle painted black and having a pistol grip. That idea was expanded, again by the Clintons, that a tax increase was called an "additional contribution". That notion is still with us. A tax increase??? HELL NO! But who could refuse a small additional contribution to help the less fortunate?
