If you listen to the questions and the response by Josh Earnest, that is essentially his argument. He totally dismisses the challenge to the legality/Constitutionality of the FISA courts because _it was voted on_. Constitution be ____ed. Individual rights are a product of government, and what government giveth, government can take away.

    Whenever you hear of an Act-it is doing the exact opposite of what its name indicates. The Freedom Act, the Affordable Care Act, the Patriot Act....
    why aren't people yelling in the streets about this? Our Congress does not represent the people!
