The problem is not a shortage of water, it's a surplus of socialist jackassery.
Green socialists create the problem by not allowing damming to create reservoirs or allowing the free-market to create solutions. Get moonbeam Brown and the other socialists out of the way, and this problem would be solved and thousands of jobs would be created in the process.
