THE NEW "BIG BANG"

I recently wrote to a friend:

"I believe that the promise of the expansion of personal liberty (especially including escape from the criminal/fiat-currency-government-theft-device systems) made possible by Bitcoin and the environment it is creating will draw into that market/enterprise far more and higher quality brains, inspiration and motivation than all the world's governments can ever hope to buy, at any price, hoping to combat it. (Hoorah and a hat tip here to Ed Snowden!!!)

I think that the effect upon personal liberty world wide that is coming as a result of the new universe that Bitcoin is creating will eclipse, by many orders of magnitude, the salutary effect upon personal liberty for the masses that was created by the invention of the Gutenberg press....the ripples/effects from which still reverberate powerfully ..... having become an inescapable part of the woof and warp of life as we know it.

The creation of Bitcoin will, I predict, be seen in hindsight as a major turning point in human history on par with the mastery of fire and the wheel and will, I believe, spur a planetary wave of new wealth creation, peace and personal liberty that will dwarf the "American Economic Miracle" ..... by leagues.

Every crypto currency transaction (except, perhaps, those exchanging Bitcoin for fiat currencies) makes personal liberty stronger and drains power from all governments. It is as impossible to get one's mind around the entire potential for this new Bitcoin universe as it was for those who first discovered crude oil to predict where that discovery would take us. Once you learn a little about Bitcoin and start trying to imagine its potential you quickly outstrip the computational capabilities of your brain. It is like trying to imagine playing three dimensional chess, simultaneously, with every other human on the planet."

You should read those statements again slowly ...... and consider carefully their magnitude.

I'm going to make a prediction.

I predict that you are going to learn (if you haven't allready) ....really learn.... about Bitcoin.....
now....because I, or someone else, has suggested that you should......
or later...... because you simply can no longer function without knowing about it....
any more than you could have grown to adulthood without gaining some understanding of money, it's handling and uses.

I believe that, in spite of the publicity that Bitcoin has received lately......that it is likely true that less than one tenth of one percent of the world's population has even heard or seen the term Bitcoin....let alone has any idea what it is.

The difference will be this. Those who learn about it now.....will be like the first 5 people to know that gold was found on January 24, 1848, by James W. Marshall at Sutter's Mill in Coloma, California. (Which started the 1848 California Gold Rush)

So I suggest, no matter how busy you are, that you make the time to view the following videos/article.....if not this minute.....at the very least.....before the end of 2013:

http://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=PPM... (14 min)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cs6F91dFY... (41 min)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mrlgw5Kp... (45 min)

http://www.howtovanish.com/2011/01/the-b...

http://bitcoin.org/en/ (2 min)

Bitcoin is, I believe, no less than the next step in the evolution of man......and will, I predict, do for personal liberty and planet wide
peace and prosperity....what "The Big Bang" did for the universe. It's going to be one hell of a ride!!!!!!

You may think I have gone "over the edge" because of the outrageously dramatic statements I have made in this post.
Please.....don't take my word for it. View the above videos and article ......... and decide for yourself......

or not.

'nuff said,
Jake

"...smile while their federalized, fractionalized system collapses?"
In a word, for the most part, YES!!!
As I stated in my original post: "Bitcoin and the environment it is creating will draw into that market/enterprise far more and higher quality brains, inspiration and motivation than all the world's governments can ever hope to buy, at any price, hoping to combat it. (Hoorah and a hat tip here to Ed Snowden!!!)"

I don't see that they have any real options other than to completely shut down the internet.....upon which they are all hopelessly dependent. In addition....the existing world power structure knows full well that that it has painted itself into an inflatable fiat currency Ponzi corner that it can't escape. Bitcoin opens up a whole new universe....that they aren't part of...at least not yet....and..... Since it is not inflatable.....it can do two things that they can't. (except perhaps by returning to a hard currency....which they are unlikely to do...and even if they did....bitcoin could still compete handily as it is dramatically cheaper to effect)

As the Btc economy works parallel to and gradually replaces the fiat currency economy... as a result of natural market forces .... In the same way that a return to any non-inflatable currency would effect.....inflation will gradually come to a halt.....stabilizing economies world wide. Which will actually "save their bacon (the elite), along with ours and prevent, or at least dramatically soften, the effects of the collapse of the fiat currencies.....kinda like slowly letting the air in a hot air balloon gradually cool....effecting a soft landing instead of a crash. As more and more of the elite cognite on what is happening.....more and more of them will begin investing in Bitcoin or other crypto currencies and divesting themselves of the fiat currencies that they have been foisting on the rest of us.
But then, if you really did watch all of the videos....you have already figured that out.

How do I see it in relation to the world that already exists.....I posited that in my original post too: "Bitcoin is, I believe, no less than the next step in the evolution of man......and will, I predict, do for personal liberty and planet wide
peace and prosperity....what "The Big Bang" did for the universe. It's going to be one hell of a ride!!!!!!" (Keep in mind that most war is almost impossible without a debt-based inflatable currency as people will NEVER stand for the level of taxation necessary to sustain it.)

The Btc revolution is the contemporary equivalent of the "discovery of the new world" and on WARP DRIVE to boot!

Galt's Gulch now actually has a real place to live in!

Ok. I watched them all. The G20 has visited a fiat currency upon our heads over many years. We are rapidly approaching a stage of economic and civil collapse. How will bit coins solve the problem of runaway debt? Do you really think the G20 are going to stand idly by and smile while their federalized, fractionalized system collapses? Do you think they will allow their power and control over the world economy to be handed over to a decontrolled, decentralized, and anonymous computer program? How do you see bit coins in relation to the world as it now exists?

You're welcome. FYI All of the first four links are essential to view all the way through. I could have included many, many, more but included only those that I considered essential.

There are different ways to "mine" and most are free but time consuming. There is another concept out there started by one of the bitcoin founders, Ripple, which is set up primarily to process international transactions more cost effectively and efficiently. It "pays" by creating a mlm sort of setup. You get your "currency" by making others aware and doing transactions through yo and getting them to do the same. It dovetails nicely with those already in MLMs doing worldwide business. But I think they are advertising to younger individuals who have large social media presence.

This is interesting. I watched the shorter video and visited the Bitcoin site. It certainly sounds utopian in nature and if growth continues at the present rate may just upset the balance of power. That being said I urge people not to go and invest their money as a get rich quick scheme. Does mining not cost actual dollars and if so where is that money going? When something sounds to good to be true it usually is. I think I'll sit on the fence for a while on this one.

I've read some on bit coins but still do not understand how they differ from the fiat currency being shoveled out by the central banks. The reason the US $ is losing credibility is due to the fact that one cannot convert this money into gold or silver. Perhaps you can enlighten me. hanks.

Right now I think its value is in trade. Over the long term well see how much the govt will intrude. It has some growing pains. You can't pay your employees their salaries with it or your insurance bill. It lacks trust factor. But it is limited it 's free to transfer it to someone else, and somewhat anonymous depending. There are people sitting on millions of dollars worth of coins. They are hoarding so when they to sell off the value may not be there to support itself.

Did you watch the videos? I don't see how you could have watched the videos and still not know "how they differ" from existing fiat currencies.
