I deal with that all the time. People who get the job, but cannot "DO" the job. and it seems they are ALWAYS my boss.

Peter's Principal Rules the day.

"A person will rise to their highest level of incompetence."

Does that mean Obama is a brain-dead moron? I am guessing so...

Obama is a lawyer. and I am reminded of a lawyers joke.

20) Q: Do you recall approximately the time that you examined the body of Mr. Edington at the rose Chapel?
A: It was in the evening. The autopsy started about 8:30 p.m.
Q: And Mr. Edington was dead at the time, is that correct?
A: No, you stupid, he was sitting on the table wondering why I was doing an autopsy!

A lawyer questioning a doctor during a trial:

Q: "Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?"
A: "No."
Q: "Did you check for blood pressure?"
A: "No."
Q: "Did you check for breathing?"
A: "No."
Q: "So, then, it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy?"
A: "No."
Q: "How can you be so sure, doctor?"
A: "Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar."
Q: "But could the patient have still been alive nevertheless?"
A: "It is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law somewhere."

I've always loved Cody Wilson's (Defense Distributed, 3D Printed Gun) description: (Paraphrased)

Obama is a grocery clerk. He's a talking head to sell us stuff on TV.

Hilarious post. I would say that Obama needs a pair of those prototypes, but he needs a brain as well. After all, he is a lawyer!
What is a hundred lawyers at the bottom of the sea?
    A good start!
