A good start, although I think its a bit too low a term to be practical.

    Well done Arizona! If only we could get the rest of the country to follow suit. Before welfare, we didn't have people dropping dead in the streets of starvation. People took whatever job they had to to put food on the table.

    And, exactly what "disability" does Ms. Lopez have? She's a great example of the entitlement mentality. She thinks she's entitled to the work of others for what reason???

    So True

    The only way to protect education is to voucher it so Parents can spend the voucher any place they choose or better, to privatize education completely

    Rather than limiting terms they would do better, and get more people off that do not need it, by requiring some action like

    * Attending School
    * Doing some community service each period to qualify...
    * Holding down a part time job or seasonal labor to get welfare as a supplement.

    I forget which state did this, but it reduced applications by close to 80% if I recall correctly.

    "To protect elementary education." ?? What a crock. End the free school lunch program and THEN use that line... it would still be bogus,( ed can't be protected when the gov runs it), but it would save a a bundle.
