    There's no 'kill switch' actually. During manufactured crises, It's done via very expensive H/W that you and I can't buy. They have kits are go from $26k to $141k. If I was smart enough to have bookmarked the website I viewed on this only last week, I would have provided it ~ sorry.

    However, there are plenty of small devices out there for private uses...and much cheaper. Jam the Jammers?
