ABOUT DAVID KELLEY

The Atlas Society was founded in 1990 by Dr. David Kelley under the name “Institute for Objectivist Studies.” David Kelley is a professional philosopher, teacher, speaker, bestselling author, and long time proponent of Objectivism. He served as a consultant on all three parts of the Atlas Shrugged Trilogy.

A member of Ayn Rand's circle, Kelley read her favorite poem, "If—", by Rudyard Kipling, at her funeral in 1982.

Kelley has lectured at Vassar, Harvard, Yale, Berkeley, and Amherst just to name a few. His books include:
