If you know the programs that should be there, it is not hard to figure out which ones the new malware programs are. Getting rid of them sometimes is another story.

I have used it before and it is indeed really good, it is decoding it that is a pain. You need the user group to help and they are usually overwhelmed on an ongoing basis. But you are correct, it is probably the best around.

I would recommend getting HiJack This to see all the nasty little programs running on your computer. It does a very nice job of helping one isolate spyware, Trojans, malware, etc.
