Crushmore, your moniker makes ,me think of what the lib media hopes to do to any GOP candidate who flunks that PC bias test with a dearly hoped for outrageous remark.
The rat pack piling on will go so viral that the candidate will become far too marginalized to seriously hope of winning voters over.

I think the corporate media have a rightwing bias, but that's not why they ask these hotbutton questions. "Wedge" issues work for the media outlets for the candidates better than tough issues.

I know. I think they prefer these questions b/c while they may polarize voters, they don't affect contributors. They'd rather talk about this than closing a military base, stopping medical and weapons research programs, or stopping paying for as much of our parents' medical care.

Naturally, that's the biblical response. If any want to dispute that, simply ask if Christ ever hung out with flawed individuals.

actually, I would think that they would want to attend
in order to show love and forgiveness, if they don't
    agree. . but I'm just me, estimating. -- j

I think they are saying that it is considered a "gotcha" question because it takes time away from talking about conservatives supposed strong points such as the economy or deficits.
Also, any response that does not pass the media's liberal bias test will be confronted with an armada of media time once again taking away from those other more important issues.

I would ask them to defend that position biblically. I know of no censure in the Bible which you make you party to an offense simply for having been there.

Of course I would attend if invited. They're not breaking the law, so what's the problem? It would be no different than friend or family member marrying someone that I didn't like...there's nothing wrong with going to the wedding. I don't know why they'd consider that a 'gotcha' question.
