Part of the main difference between government and business revolves around the flow of money. Bureaucrats don't ever think about where the money comes from - businesses have to. For businesses, many of their business decisions are constrained by their income, which is a product of the business' ongoing efforts to provide valuable products and services to their customers. Bureaucrats don't have to appease the customers they serve (the general public) - just the politicians!

Obama and the bureaucrats around him fantasize that the government can build the kind of structures that private business can. That somehow the anti-capitalist classes they attended prepare them to run multi-billion dollar businesses when they have never actually run so much as a hot dot stand.

The reality is that real business, created by people seeking profit, is vastly more agile and capable than these pseudo businesses created by government.
