Questions I would ask President Barack Obama

I have no training in journalism and I have been critical of the press for not asking the President tougher questions. These are some of the things I would ask if I were given an opportunity to interview the President. Let me know what you think and please add your own.

1- Mr. President you have repeatedly stated that you inherited a terrible economy. Other Presidents have inherited similar economies---Warren Harding(1920), Franklin Roosevelt(1932) and Ronald Reagan(1980). I am wondering why you chose to govern like the one who failed?

2- Can you give us an example of one free market reform you initiated since becoming President?

3- If 9 trillion dollars in debt was "Un-American" when you were Senator then how do you justify personally increasing the debt by more than 9 trillion dollars?

4- Who is your favorite Founding Father and why?

5- You have expressed recently that Christians have done some terrible things throughout history in the name of Christ. The current problem we have is radical Islam. Can you explain which Muslim groups are a threat to the US and which ones are not a threat?

6- The IRS has clearly been targeting individuals and groups that don't follow a certain ideology. How do we stop and then prevent the IRS from being used as a political weapon?

7- If Iran develops a nuclear weapon do you think they would use it without provocation?

    Good one. How many times has he said that. He hears about things the same time we do. What a great group of advisors he has.

    And he won't be able to answer any of those questions until he reads the questions AND answers in a newspaper...

    That would be a first. Even so could you, would you believe them?

    Reading through I thought one sub post would be sample answers from other than BHO. Which reminds me I understand BO but what is the H? No the answer is not obvious but it might be classified as humorous.

    they have already invented provocation. Submit or die. Of course Obeyme could always declare the USA an Islamic nation by royal decree. Doesn't solve the issue of shiite versus sunni though.

    True. I have always thought if I did get a chance that Obama would get me bogged down talking about something he wanted to until time ran out.

    These politicians are slippery types. Their answers are almost always deliberately off center. They are able to get away with this because they control the floor in most Q&A settings including press conferences and even so-called presidential debates.

    There is a division amongst Democratic looters between radicals like Hillary and those who think she isn't looting enough like Barack. Those in Barack's camp have fueled the Hillary e-mail coverage to benefit their own interests.

    Good point Jb. The press does seem to march to the same tune. Interesting they are covering the Hillary e-mail story. Wonder whats up there???

    If you had gotten "proper training" in journalism, you would know better than to ask such questions. ;) Journalism is their "cover" for their political operations.

    If other Muslims thought he was a radical then a Muslim funeral would be disrespectful to the religion. I think he would answer as you said, I'm trying to think of a follow up question.

    If Bin Ladin wasn't a "real" muslim, why was he given a muslim funeral, overseen by a muslim cleric?

    Add to question 7, and what would your response be, given that you allowed them to get the weapon in the first place?
    Question 8: Why didn't you include delivery systems in your negotiations with Iran? How can an ICBM be considered a medical delivery/research device?
