Is ANYONE (at least in The Gulch) the least bit surprised by this? A couple of days ago I read about a translation of the Iran summary/talking points compared to ours, and, gee, they were totally different! And now this...I think the Mullahs may have read "Rules for Radicals" even more times than Obama or Kerry. The most basic rule, which I saw work successfully time after time on college administrators in the 60's: "When the other side agrees, move the goalposts..."...

So how come private US companies can make contracts with Middle Eastern countries for millions of barrels of oil and billions of dollars trading hands, and there never seems to be anything "lost in translation"?
