It doesn't mention illegals voting, although maybe the law would somehow make it easier for illegals to vote. The article doesn't say.

The solution to the problem is simple, yet elegant. New York has always spent quite a bit of effort to tell the world that it is a "Global Hub". Well here's their chance. Let's throw NYC out of the United States. That's right...throw it out. It can be a citizen of the world as it proclaims. However, since this global citizen is occupying space in our country, it can pay taxes and rent. A LOT of taxes and rent. Don't like it? Pack up kith and kin and leave.

They will sell your birthright for a vote and a few tax dollars. If you are an immigrant and came here of your own free will legally, you are aware of the circumstances. Get in line and get citizenship. Then get in line and vote.
