Well, tell me something I didn't know. At least there is a judge who is actually reading this, and who knows? Maybe the whole thing will get struck down.

    Of course not! we all know that! It's the same sorry turd they keep bringing out and re-polishing and re-naming and trying to shove down our throats, with a classic Orwellian name that indicates the exact opposite of what it will achieve.

    When this finally gets to SCOTUS, and provided BO does not squeeze another lib "justice" onto the panel, I feel certain it'll be struck down, but the problem is that honest NY citizens will have been disarmed and left for prey.
