I'll just say that I'm glad I know a couple of good construction trades and only have to deal with bosses who treat me with respect and would never dare to try to make me sign any sort of contract.

As such a contract is a violation of state law in most states I wouldn't worry too much about it. Obviously some lawyer had one too many lattes before coming up with such an abusive and ridiculous document.
