This ran in today's Wyoming Tribune Eagle... The title they gave it is OK, but I prefer mine better.

And YES, I know that another week has gone by and I STILL haven't replied to many thoughtful and deserving responses. This weekend, I PROMISE. <big smile>

    Thank You! And YES, the best step to take is to refuse to grant the thugs their sanction. For that is their only power, what we give them. When we STOP giving it, they know longer have any hold on us but jailtime.

    Who cares about that? Both Gandhi and Walesa spent quite a bit of time in prison, but it never stopped them, nor will it stop me if that's what ends up happening.

    If enough of us revolt - as did the people in both of the above scenarios - they simply don't have enough jails to hold us all. HAH!!!

    Excellent article Brad. The ability to use our own minds and rationally determine that a course of action is not in our interest and to stand, say NO to authority we haven't authorized, and to refuse to participate in the 'least worst' paradigm being shoved at us on a daily basis is our power and our moral responsibility to ourselves individually. It's not that hard.
