Navy bans chaplain from ministering to family of dead sailor

It matters not if you're a stone atheist or the single most devout theist on the planet, THIS IS DESPICABLE. For the first time in my life I'm ashamed of the Navy.

    This is indeed, atheist or not, a low point for the Navy and any branch of our government. How can an organization whose very purpose is to not just uphold the Constitution and basic principles of the United States, but to fight to defend them, fail so miserably in defending one of its most basic principles: the separation of Church and State and Freedom of Religion?
