I found my Gulch in Boquete, Panama. Low to no crime, little government interference, clean air, water and spring like weather year round. Only 20,000 people of which 15% are like minded expats. See the link to my Paradise!

    It looks beautiful. How do you feel about the stability of the government? What are the gun laws like? Hunting... freshwater fishing opportunities inland? How about the taxes after 20 years?

      Boquete is one of the communities that several of us had already been considering. Are you already there, Tbabe? Are you the realtor? If you are the realtor, then you should move this to the Marketplace, and pay like the rest of us producers.
