Tea Party Artists: NOT

I was searching online for groups of artists who identify with the Tea Party.

I ran across these guys: www dot teapartyartists dot com
I have not included their link, because I don't want to give them the linkback.

A quick perusal shows them to be typical ruling class elitists who see Tea Party people as snaggle-toothed throwback, Wagner listening fascists.

They are welcome to their opinion, but I would like to find/form a group of actual artists who identify with the Tea Party.

Your thoughts are welcome.

    I write political satire.

    I have often thought that the things which I believe will not get traction in society until those things are represented in art.

    Supply-side economics, my friend: "build it and they will come."

    Sadly, the Tea Party is so disjointed its hard to find anything cohesive about the organization. I'll ask on their website. I caution you to not hold out too much hope though.

    I think it is a great idea. I would love to be part of a group like that. I'm not a professional artist, but I do have talent & am working on developing my skills even more. Most of my art is not really political at all, but I have a really good friend that does some awesome art that makes a statement. Let me know what you decide to do. If you form a group, I want to be a part of it. :-)
