The Donald for President?

All joking aside, I'm inclined to believe that the man could do what he says, if left to his own devices. And given the now historical precedent of rule by executive fiat, it's possible. What frightens me about the notion is can you imagine what lengths the current crop of power brokers would go to to try to bring him down?

"the man could do what he says, if left to his own devices."
That is not only frightening, it's unconstitutional.
I couldn't imagine a worse choice for leader than Trump. He has always thought of himself as above the law. He has always treated others like less than dirt, not after careful consideration, but simply as a demonstration of his own devine right of king.
    You want another King George?
King Donny is a perfect choice.

Though I disagree with some of his politics, Trump does have the executive experience and financial independence necessary to not have to kowtow to the Orren Boyles and Wesley Mouches of the world.
