Maybe this one will actually work. I will never miss Internet Exploder. Of course Spartan is the name of the enhanced soldiers from Halo, which is also a MS game series, so no surprise there.

    Those are built in pauses so the sheer speed of the software doesn't cause vertigo in its users.

    Those aren't bugs. Bugs can be fixed. When a bug can't be fixed, it is deemed a "feature".

    Not just cheap, but buggy as hell. It stalls, stops and gags on different pages. I have to use it at work, as certain sites internally will not work without it, even weirder was running across some pages that would not render in IE but told you up front you needed Chrome or FF. I watched a manager I work with go to IE11, and promptly trashed the pages he needed for his job, so we figured out they at least let you roll it back, it shows up in installed programs. But what a mess...

    Internet Exploder has always been a cheap copy of Netscape's browser (now evolved into Firefox).
