I think Algore gets credit for all of these:
"We will put it in a Lock Box"-- we will set up a tax and continue to rape and pillage until that's gone too.
"And from those who have won Life's Lottery"-- the rich are just lucky undeserving cheaters.
"We will ask for additional Contributions"-- We will tax the living hell out of the above mentioned lucky cheaters and give to our fellow moochers and looters.

Comprehensive. Adjective. A word to make you think that it is inclusive and covers everything you want that is good and fair but in fact includes everything you don't want. Code for you lose, we win.

Alternate. A term often used by the government, usually with a bill, that will contain everything you don't want but you won't know it until after it’s made the law of the land. See Obama Care. Closely associated with unprecedented.

    Phrase: National Security
    Definition: The status quo

Try it. Substitute "status quo" every time someone from the government talks about "national security" and you would be amazed how clear things become.

    Our government:
Promise- In five years, no child will be living in poverty
Means (and what happened)- More tax. Taxes in five years were higher, there were more children living in poverty.
    Promise- blah, blah
Means (and what happened)- Got yer. Promise ignored, 'it was not a core promise'.
Promise- There will be no tax on carbon in any government I lead.
Means (and what happened)- 'will be' and there was.

A "PERSON" by U.S. Code is defined has a "CORPORATION" In context to the IRS code that defines a "TAXPAYER" as any "PERSON" that has taxable income. A "CORPORATION" has taxable income. An "INDIVIDUAL" does not.

It's just a game of hide-n-seek. In law the meaning of a word is not the definition found in a dictionary, but what is defined in the law books. Black could mean white, if it defined that way.

    “Surveillance”

Definition: Not what the TSA does to American citizens.

    "Collection" or “Collect”

Definition: Not what the TSA does with all the metadata they store and analyzed by an algorithm searching for key words.

    “Content”

Definition when applied to the TSA: “any information concerning the identity of the parties to such communication or the existence, substance, purport, or meaning of that communication.”

Contrast that with the Federal Wire Tap Act which defines "content' as “substance, meaning or purport of a communication.”

    "Executive agreement"

Definition: An agreement that has the effect and consequences of a treatise without all that bothersome constitutional crap of "advice and consent".

    "Gross income"

Definition: (a) General definition Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, gross income means all income from whatever source derived, including (but not limited to) the following items: (1) Compensation for services, including fees, commissions, fringe benefits, and similar items; (2) Gross income derived from business; (3) Gains derived from dealings in property; (4) Interest; (5) Rents; (6) Royalties; (7) Dividends; (8) Alimony and separate maintenance payments; (9) Annuities; (10) Income from life insurance and endowment contracts; (11) Pensions; (12) Income from discharge of indebtedness; (13) Distributive share of partnership gross income; (14) Income in respect of a decedent; and (15) Income from an interest in an estate or trust. (b) Cross references For items specifically included in gross income, see part II (sec. 71 and following). For items specifically excluded from gross income, see part III (sec. 101 and following).

Two Party System - A system where both agree with each other and one is subservient to the other.

Multi-Party System - At least three a week at which ever embassy or corporation footing the bill's location is indicated on the invitation

    Bi-Partisan - You really need Bi-explained?

    Cross-Partisan - A fashion term.

    Now to get Serious

Left - Those that favor goveernment control of citizens

Center - Those that have a sacred ground and keep at least one foot in it limiting the distance one can stray. Democrats for example have no sacred ground. Republicans claim they do.

Right. Originally designated for those who were leaders by divine right I can think of no better replacement, divine or not, to occupy that position than citizens who believe in controlling government.

Extremists. Anarchists to the far right and your run of the mill garden variety left wing socialist fascists to the left better none and Communists, Nazis and a fews other terms on done to Democrats and finally Repubicans the left and right wings of the left in modern day USformerly A.

Resistance fighter: Any group helpful to us in trying to overthrow a government we don't like.
Freedom fighter: The same as any of the above three but in countries invaded by other than us or our allies.

Social Security: Looters and moochers will feel secure as they redistribute the earnings of producers. Producers will be secure in knowing that they now have a harder time being independent.

Obamafact or Obama-fact = Some issue made up to occupy your mind and your time in an attempt to get you to think about and talk about it. The main purpose of an Obamafact is to make you forget about the important issues. eq.: What happened in Benghazi?

All you really need to know is that "Yes" = No and "No" = Yes. After you get that part down it all starts to make sense. Until you truly believe that 2 plus 2 is not 4, we will torture you and make you believe.
