This information is so vital so important so dangerous that the author won't share the actual details unless you buy his book. He excretes a lot of inuendo and unless he has been very careful Norquist could sue him for libel.
I don't know about Norquist, but the author Gaffney is a neocon insider, who promotes the military industrial complex and his organization receives many donations from the military industrial complex for the propaganda he creates.
I wouldn't trust a word Gaggney says.
