The judgement of this judge is suspect, at best

Goodness, there sure seems to be a GIAGANTIC blind spot when it comes to terrorists in this socialistic administration. Oh, did I offend any terrorists? Good!

Did anybody hear about the judge upholding most of New York's new gun laws? Didn't get much air time, needless to say. Who'da thunk it, a state paid judge siding with the state. Unheard of.(not)

BTW, our government has become the largest terrorist organization in the world today; the best and biggest our money can buy.

Not just did the judge not care, by enabling this lawyer he aided and abetted her criminal acts, and perhaps could be indirectly linked to the aq activities including the 2001 wtc attacks. Of course, he is a judge, and likely feels himself above the law and as supreme lawgiver can disregard his own oath of office and common sense and decency... after all... he is the law. Maybe he should change his first name to Sharia...

"Clinton appointed" says it all. A commie judge showing his stripes. Stewart should have been left in prison to die, lucky for her she didn't get shot as a traitor to this nation in the first place. Should've been done. Excuse me while I go puke.

Not surprising, been living with the same type of deal here for a few years. Judges have the same philosophy politicians do: " I am in, and I am right" and exercise their apparently God given right to do whatever they think is the right thing. That it conflicts with law or precedent, or even common sense, is not an issue.

I never quite understood why you let anyone out of jail for health reasons. Tough cookies! She should have comitted the crime when she was younger and healthier.

This what we get when appointed judges are there for life. SCOTUS and all other appointed judges serve at our pleasure. They can be fired although none ever has as far as I've ever known.
